At the CGProshop we offer a large variety of products. Some of these products will be delivered electronically while others will need to be shipped to you via physical delivery.


Physical Shipping

Two methods of shipping are available to customers of CGProShop - Airmail and Express. Our physical shipping deals are based on package weight so your shipping charge will be calculated for you automatically as you add items to your shopping cart.

Once your order has been finalised and your payment/s received, all products should be delivered to you between 1 and 3 weeks from the date of shipment, if using airmail, or less than a week if using Express. Express Customers can check their order shipping status with the shipper using their order tracking number. This number will be automatically emailed to customers upon completion of your order. If your product has not arrived after 4 weeks please email info@cgproshop.com. Order tracking of your purchase is currently not available.

If on receipt of your order any of the products are found to be damaged or defective you will need to do one of two things:

1. If the item is a Ballistic Publishing product (i.e. Ballistic book or CGNetworks T-Shirt) you need to email a picture of the item – highlighting the damaged area – to info@cgproshop.com Please provide your order details and we will contact you to arrange a replacement.

2. If the item is a third party product supplied but not manufactured by Ballistic Publishing you will need to send the item back to CGProShop.com. To ensure you do not have to pay the return shipping charge you must place the product back into its original shipping packaging and mark it “return to sender”. Please notify via email info@cgproshop.com the details of what has occurred including the order number relating to the damaged/defective product and the action you have taken so they can expect the return.

Electronic Delivery

Once your order has been finalised and your payment/s received, all electronically delivered products should be available to download within 48 hours. If after this period your product/s are not available please email info@cgproshop.com with your order details so that our team can establish what has happened.

You will be notified via email at two stages of the Electronic Delvery purchase process. The first email will be sent to you immediately the transaction has taken place, confirming that CGProShop has received your order and details and that it is being processed. The second email will be sent to you within 48 hours confirming the success of your order and containing a link to where you can download your products.

Your products will remain available for download for 72 hours after you have been sent your confirmation email. If you do not download your item/s within this period or you have any trouble with the order process please email info@cgproshop.com with your personal and order details.

Customs

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, the customer. CGSociety have no control over these charges and have no way of predicting what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information.

Additionally, when ordering from CGProShop.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
